    BackHug Announces New Drone-Delivery Option

    An Edinburgh startup has found an ingenious solution to current travel restrictions affecting their business: delivering their BackHug back therapy devices to customers using two small drones.

    The drones, like the BackHug, are manufactured in the UK. In a press release, the company announced that its maiden drone flight had delivered a BackHug to customers in East Grinstead today, with more planned throughout the UK and Europe.
     
    Spokesperson Jo King commented:
     

    “Thanks to our drones, when it comes to bringing relief from back pain, distance is no object!”

    The company advises that to book a drone delivery you simply need to download the BackHug App, book a session and select the “drone” option. The App will automatically login to the secure drone booking system and order two drones to carry BackHug through the air to the address you entered into the App. The drones will land there with the BackHug, provided there is a flat landing area of at least 1.5 metres by 0.6 metres.
