      Adding your personal BackHug device

      Registering your BackHug using the App

      Officially a BackHug at home user? Welcome! 

      Now follow the steps below to register your device and you’ll be ready to go in minutes.

      Important

      Location and Bluetooth permissions are required to connect your phone to BackHug on certain devices.


      1. Download the BackHug App on your smartphone and create an account.

        Install-App

      2. Log in to the app and click Register button

      3. Enable Bluetooth and Location to scan for BackHug

      4. A coloured tab should appear with an option to connect to the device. If so, click “Connect”

        If the tab did not appear, please check if the BackHug device is plugged into and turned on. It is also very important to approve any permission requests via the BackHug App.

      5. Click “OK” on the confirmation screen

        Your BackHug device is now set up and ready for you to enjoy.
