      How to install BackHug?

      Step-by-step unboxing and set up

      ⚠️ Take care lifting

      Two person lift required.Single person lift can cause injury. 

       

      Step 1 - turn the box

      STEP 1

      Gently turn the box onto its side and open it up. When opening, don’t cut into the cardboard deeper than 1cm as this may damage the upholstery.

       

      Step 2 - take BackHug out of the box

      STEP 2

      Take the BackHug device out by sliding it out on its side. Fold up the box and store it safely.

       

      Step 3 - Turn it on

      STEP 3

      With the device on its side, insert the power cord. Make sure the BackHug device's switch is flicked to “I” for "on".

       

      Step 4 - turn BackHug on its 4 legs

      STEP 4

      Carefully lift the BackHug device and place it down so it is standing on all 4 wooden legs.

       

      Step 5 - Plug it

      STEP 5

      Plug the socket into the mains. Your BackHug decide is now ready for use.
