How will BackHug be delivered?

When your BackHug device is ready, you'll be prompted to pay the delivery fee to confirm your order.

After your payment is received, our logistics team will arrange a two-person delivery service to bring the device to your preferred room. This means that two trained professionals will safely transport the device to your home, handling all delivery tasks from unloading to bringing it inside.

Once inside, the delivery team will take the BackHug to your designated room of choice.
