    BackHug’s been great for less pain and less spasms. Just incredible. My medications have reduced, too. So, when I come off it, I feel energised. I feel much looser, much much looser. I have hardly any spasms at all

    Absolutely superb. So convenient too. I frequently get pain in my lower back after playing football, mainly the right hand side, and have done for the last 30 or so years. I spent 30 minutes on the BackHug and the pain and tightness in that area was completely gone.
