It is the only device which I have ever found which actually replicates the way a physio works on your back. I am a big lad, and most ‘massage’ devices simply aren’t strong enough to work on me. The Backhug is sufficiently strong that I don’t even need to turn it up to full strength. The app works brilliantly and the company are superbly responsive and helpful. Very highly recommended.

Amazingly it started to work from the very first session. When you suffer chronic pain you really do get used to trying loads of different so called 'miracle cures' and they never work, so you ended up being sceptical, but after the first session I somehow felt lighter and after second session my sciatica disappeared.

The Backhug has been working wonders for my back problems. Have been using it on a daily basis for more than a half year. The massage/physio therapy “sessions” feels great, and the constant lower back pain i have been suffering from for more than a decade, are not constant any more, and a lot less intense.

I have had back problems for most of my adult life , back surgery back in 1999, always have flare ups and pain , being a Nurse doesn’t help , Back Hug is a game changer for me , what a difference in a short period of time , feel way less tight , sciatica gone :))
